Edmund Rice Camps and Mentoring Support are volunteer driven programmes that rely on the support of a large volunteer workforce. We have approximately 300 young adult volunteers who have been involved in the last two years. Volunteers are generally aged 17-30. (19-35 in the mentoring programme)

Volunteers are involved in all aspects of planning and coordinating camps, and more experienced volunteers take on a variety of leadership positions.

Volunteer working teams support various aspects of the camps including recruitment, social activities, fundraising, resource management, IT support, training and induction.
